1. Program Matching
Step:
• You fill out our pre-application form with your education background, language skills (English/French), and study interests.
• We evaluate your profile and recommend the best-fit universities and programs (e.g. Medicine, IT, Veterinary).
You provide:
• Scanned passport (valid for at least 1 year)
• High school diploma and transcripts (or university diploma if applying for a Master’s)
• Language level (if available: IELTS, DELF/DALF, or equivalent)
• Personal goals or preferred program (if known)
2.Admission Process
Step:
• Once your program is selected, we help prepare and format your university application file.
• This includes document translation, legalization (if needed), and ensuring all academic criteria are met.
Required documents:
• Copy of passport
• High school diploma + transcript (translated into English, French, or Romanian)
• Birth certificate (translated)
• Medical certificate (proof of good health)
• Passport-size photo
• Language certificate (optional but recommended)
Note: Some universities may request a motivation letter or video introduction.
3. Application Submission
Step:
• EduBridge submits your file directly to the university’s international office.
• We stay in contact to track your application and respond to any extra requests.
• Once accepted, you receive a pre-acceptance or official admission letter, which is required for your visa process.
Timeline:
• Matching: 1–3 days
• Document preparation: 3–7 days (depending on translations)
• University response: 2–4 weeks
